We all agree with the fact that father’s role in parenting is as important as mother in a present time. Fathers bring positive benefits to their children that no other person is as likely to bring. As children grow up, fathers assume the role of a friend, guide and mentor. The presence of an actively involved father at home goes on to make a lot of difference in the lives of children.
The father’s involvement in Child’s growth year is very important. Father’s role in parenting is important as it will directly have its impact on the on the child from its birth to its adulthood, which is a crucial stage in every child’s life. Fathers have to prepare their child to face the real world, by building a confidence in them.
Spending quality time with our children is extremely important for their development and happiness. I have interviewed thousands of children around the world and they told me that time spent with them doesn’t need to be elaborate or long, but it must be “quality”. We must find ways then to slow down and slip in some memorable time that will let our children know that we love and care for them.
Some occupations (oil rig worker, South Pole researcher, fast-track young investment banker, etc.) make any kind of true “balance” difficult. Other occupations (such as being a startup entrepreneur) make it impossible.
Similarly, having one happy, healthy child and a supportive, non-working spouse, makes it somewhat easier to find a balance. But each additional stress point (many children, different ages/schools, special needs, incompatible careers, economic challenges) means there needs to be a corresponding stress reduction or flexibility at work to achieve that balance.
