Fish with Mercury:
The bigger and older the fish, the more mercury it’s likely to contain. Avoid fish with high levels of mercury. Your child’s developmental delays and brain damage are linked with the mercury consumption during pregnancy. Fishes with mercury include shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and tile-fish.
