You might be thinking why am I feeling tired or fatigue on your pregnancy?? The solution is Tiredness is a frequent symptom during pregnancy. Some girls may feel tired during their pregnancy, though others might barely feel tired in any way. Although experience with fatigue tends to change, the majority of women are going to feel more tired than usual during their pregnancy. Tiredness during pregnancy is the most frequent during the first trimester. It tends to go away throughout the second trimester, however, will generally come back in the next trimester.
Why I am feeling tiredness in pregnancy?
It’s completely normal to feel tired when you’re pregnant. During early pregnancy, hormonal changes are likely the cause of fatigue. At the moment, huge changes are taking place in your body, which can make you feel extremely tired. Even though it’s frustrating, being tired is actually a good sign, since (like nausea) it indicates that your pregnancy hormones are circulating and your body is hard at work helping your baby grow.
What to do to cope up with tiredness in pregnancy
There is not much you can do to banish your tiredness, instead follow these steps:
Listen To Your Body – have enough rest during your pregnancy
Listen to your body:
Adequate rest, sleep and naps are now a must, not a luxury, so do everything you can to make time for rest. Even at work take 15 minutes nap, which is good for your health
Schedule less work:
A pregnant woman’s body is working harder than a non-pregnant body is while jogging! After all, your body is making a new life form, creating extra blood flow and going through enormous changes.
Eating Right during Pregnancy:
Healthy eating during pregnancy is critical to your baby’s growth and development. In order to get the nutrients you need, you must eat from a variety of food groups, including fruits and vegetables, bread and grains, protein sources and dairy products.
Gentle Exercise:
Performing gentle exercise can make you feel better. Take a brisk walk with your partner, it not only helps you to have a healthy pregnancy but also strengthens your bonding with your partner.
If tiredness is accompanied by fainting, breathlessness or heart palpitations then it is time to seek some medical attention to check something more serious isn’t going on.
