6 Tips For A Successful And Healthy Pregnancy

6 Tips For A Successful And Healthy Pregnancy

The daily lifestyle of a person plays an important role in increasing fertility in males and females. In your daily lifestyle, diet and exercise both are the main aspects. According to the study, healthy weights of women help to increase the success rate of IVF. Exercise during IVF treatment is good to maintain a healthy pregnancy. But, over-exercise may be harmful to both mother and baby. However, exercise may be different from one person to another person. In other words, it depends upon the physical condition of women. After studying about exercises, here are 6 important tips to get a successful and healthy pregnancy:

1) Do exercise easily

The first and important thing for women, under the IVF treatment, is to do exercise easily. Generally, each doctor gives the advice to go with easy and simple exercise during IVF. Vigorous exercise is not a good option for those women who carry a pregnancy in IVF. Besides:

  • If you increase the hours of physical activity, it may decrease the conception rate
  • If you are a runner, biker, or marathon runner, you must exercise easily
  • During pregnancy, doing exercise for a longer period may affect the baby and mother too
  • While going through any fertility treatment, it is better to avoid hard exercises and follow the instructions prescribed by a doctor

2) Do for four hours or less

Many women are not able to understand the duration of exercise during pregnancy with IVF treatment. According to the study, exercise for less than four hours is enough in a week. Here are few essential points in this context:

  • It is a perfect duration of exercise that can help you to carry a healthy pregnancy
  • During the IVF cycle, do exercise for less than four hours to get a healthy live birth of a baby
  • Give some gaps between the physical workouts every day
  • Do easy exercise that can help to improve strength and flexibility in your body
  • Yoga, tai chi, and water exercises are the best example for pregnant women through IVF

3) Stay away from higher-impact exercises

Usually, higher-impact exercises are not allowed during pregnancy under IVF treatment. These exercises can hurt your baby and:

  • Any damages or serious injury to the abdominal can badly affect the reproductive health of women
  • Higher-impact exercises may also have higher chances of miscarriages during pregnancy
  • If there is a beginning of your pregnancy, exercises of high intensity are not safe for the health of both, you and your baby
  • In such circumstances, it is better to consult at IVF fertility centre for further discussion

4) Say not to exercise during egg retrieval’s week

In the week of egg retrieval, you have to stop doing exercises/workouts. It is a very crucial period for women and exercise may harm your body during egg retrieval.

5) Seek alternatives to reduce stress

If you are doing exercise to decrease stress, it is advised to know about other methods also. Here are other alternatives to release stress:

  • Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Spend time outdoor
  • Your hobby or craft classes
  • Reading books and other

6) Extract the long sight

Just think that you are doing all of these activities for your upcoming baby. Avoiding higher-impact exercises will help you to give live birth to a healthy baby. So, do not take any worries and go with the prescription of the doctor during IVF treatment.

Conclusion

Getting a healthy baby is the desire of every couple. For this, you need to maintain your daily lifestyle along with a physical workout. Adopt the above steps and make your pregnancy healthy for full-time. To bring a healthy baby into your life, it is important to go with the doctor’s advice during treatment.
