I myself have gone through ups and downs during my weight- loss journey of 84 to 48 kg in the span of 2.5 years, and I know that it’s not easy. But it’s not impossible either. I have learnt and understood where people lack while following a diet plan through this journey.

2. Or do lots mistakes in their normal plan which leads to unsatisfactory results.
In both cases, as a result, they loose motivation and hope.
