PGS Testing

PGS Testing

Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGS)

PGS is a genetic test designed to increase the success rates of IVF. PGS is a highly advance technology in modern medical science and accuracy is up to 97% as per the latest report but everyone should know that everything has a limitation and PGS has its own limitations too.

PGS to be done for the people with multiple IVF failures, Genetic disorder in the family history or anyone who wants to make sure that the embryo fertilized doesn’t have any anomalies which can be avoided before waiting all 9 months of incubation in mother womb.

In a very simple language, Genetic abnormalities can start from relatively harmless to severe, from vitamin deficiencies and food allergies to cancer, birth defects and infant mortality.

An estimated 60% of all naturally occurring reproductive losses in pregnancies are associated with chromosomal abnormalities in the embryo. A normal embryo has 22 pairs of chromosomes called autosomes and one pair of sex chromosomes (XX or XY).

In the last 8 years from the day of inception of Mannat Fertility Clinic committed to keeping pace with the latest advances in the field of genetics and human reproductive space and making them available for the needy couple who are deprived of parenthood.

We have successfully done more than 100 case of PGS/PGD in past with very encouraging result and satisfied parents.
