A well-balanced diet is always recommended for expectant moms to take care of their health and their fetus. The uterus has grown almost like a grapefruit and you can easily feel the same by touch. If there are multiples in your womb, the uterus might be larger and you might feel morning sickness for a few weeks or more.
Prenatal testing goes on till the 40th week of gestation. In some tests, you may get clear-cut answers, including a test for gonorrhea but some others a long list of fears and questions. You need to discuss all the tests with your midwife or doctor along with the potential results. Nuclear Translucency Screen or “First Trimester Test” might be conducted to assess any chromosomal anomalies like Down syndrome.
